by derby411 for everyone
Hi everyone.  Well Mark went down the boat and has done the repair work needed with his Pa so that we can get Triola back in the water... HOPEFULLY Monday and then get her home by the end of the week!

Wish us good weather with favourable winds and she'll be in the Medway by the end of the week!!!

Have added a couple more pics to the album!!

And we're now home with Triola.  She's a great boat and was a most amazing sail, she's really going to be something when we have made a few repairs and get her going properly!

A question.. where would you usually find the hull no. on the Ballads?  As we are still confused by her number.  The registration/owners booklet we got says she was 50 in 1972, but the sail is 46... *cofused*

Anyway, shall put some footage and pics on here as soon as its all been sorted!!!

Sails get sold and bought. Booklets probably stay aboard. Our Ballad has a metal plate right under the main sheet rail. Next to the engine instruments.

Thanks Jesper!  We're going down to her tonight so i shall have a search and see if i can find the plate then. :)  Will be a good hunt i am sure, haha.  Sounds like we could then well be number 50 and not 46!  Will let you know!
