Sturdy 30ft cruiser with a half-tonner pedigree. Fully equipped, well maintained and ready to go. Back in 1993 Yachting Monthly wrote about the Ballad: ‘ Under sail she was and still is a witch to windward [..]. She is light, well-balanced and quite stiff. Thanks to the full skeg she tracks well downwind and heaves to quietly’. All sails are in excellent shape and relatively recent, new backstay 2010, new engine Volvo Penta in 2001, new upholstery 2011. A beauty to see at sea and in port! The boat sails under Dutch flag and lives currently in South Brittany, France.
