I forgot to say, I have no problem winching it in to the spreaders, or tacking, as long as the hatch is shut.

I have had my genoa made in a reasonably heavy material with the clew cut slightly higher. This means it has lost a little size compared to the original No 1, But being higher I can see where I am going a little better. It also keeps it out of the waves when beating. The one I took off was No2 sized...

This is how I would like my tiller, the curve means you don't trap everyones legs when manouvering. Mine is straight, and takes up so much room.

Hi, It's the steps above the engine box I'm referring to. When you lift the small hinged lid that acts as the top step, with the tool tray beneath it, at each side there is a fore and aft aligned timber that the top step rests on. It is this that's split. There is movement in mine when rolling, and the step, which I thought the only support between the two bulkheads has broken the support on the port side.
