Storm jib

Hi,
I have a roller furling genoaII and I'm thinking to add a storm jib. I have one halyard at the spreaders level and another one about 1 meter higher. I'm thinking to use the storm jib at the higher halyard. Do you have experience on this topic? Any advices?
Thanks,
Miguel

Engine

Dear Balladers,
My very old MD6A is about to die and I have the possibility to purchase a Yanmar 3gm20 second hand for a very low price.
Do you have any experience with this engine? He fit inside de Ballad? Can I use the same shaft, exsaust, etc
Many thanks and fair winds,
Miguel
