Window leaks

Hiya, first post here. Great forum! I have leaks in my cabin windows when it rains or i strat taking a lot of spray. It appears the seal beween the glass and frame have dry rotted. Has anyone taken thier windows out? Does anyone have a source for the gasket material? I'm in Malayisa, halfway around, but flying back to the states for the holidays. Be nice find some and bring it back. Great boats, Mystic has been my home for over 10 years. Thanks mark
