Really nice job.  It reminds me of the galley arrangement in my Ballad.  I, too, have a Smev oven and an Isotherm fridge built from their insulation sheets. However, it seems that you put more thought into your box than I did with mine. I think that I may need to make some changes this summer, especially to the lid.

I was out last weekend and we had unusually hot weather (for Sweden).  It was around 29-30 degrees.  I checked the power consumption for the fridge, and the compressor was running around 35-40% of the time  (2.5A while running).  So the consumption on average was approximately 0.9 Ampere in this heat, which I was really satisfied with. The box is almost 40 litres.
