I know of two ways to do this on an MD7A and MD6A. 1) If you're looking at the flywheel, on the backside of the engine and to the right of the fuel filter is a small manual bellows pump. It has a lever that you depress to pump fuel into the filter. Crack the bolt (a hollow bolt) at the top of the fuel filter and depress the bellows lever until fuel flows from the filter and, as fuel is flowing (don't stop pumping), tighten the bolt. This will usually solve the problem. If this doesn't work then proceed to solution 2) Crack the ringbolts around the fuel iinjectors themselves. Have someone turn the engine and keep it turning. As the engine tries to fire, fuel will be forced out of the injectors, creating a fine mist. Once that mist is consistent, tighten the ringbolts to the injectors as your assistant continues to crank the engine. Tighten the rear injector first, whose cylinder will fire when tightened, and then tighten the forward injector. Your engine will start; allow it to run for at least ten minutes to press out any stray bubbles. Between these two methods, you should be good. I hope this helps.
